The Old Town Hall is a historic building in Handsworth, West Midlands, a suburb of Birmingham in England.

The cruck-framed building was constructed in about 1460, as a house. In 1625, it was divided into three cottages, with a floor inserted in the building's hall, and the walls infilled with brick. Part of the building housed the Overseer of the Parish, which led it to be used for local administration, and become known as the town hall. In 1911, Handsworth became part of Birmingham and this ceased. Birmingham City Council took over ownership of the property. In the 1930s, other similar cottages and barns in the area were cleared, but the Old Town Hall survived, and in 1947 it was redivided into two, larger, cottages. It was grade II listed in 1972, and the following year, the Handsworth Historical Society began using one of the cottages as its headquarters. The other cottage remains a council house.

The timber-framed building has brick infill between the wood, and a tiled roof. It has a single main storey and an attic, and two entrance doors. There are five casement windows on the ground floor, 3 large and 2 small, and four gabled dormer windows in the attic.
