A half-back, Helleur was capped twice for [[Samoa national rugby union team|Samoa]] in 2011, debuting in a [[2011 IRB Pacific Nations Cup|Pacific Nations Cup]] match against Tonga at Churchill Park in Lautoka, Fiji.
