| Mario Liek Serna Paredes, born on February 18, 1982 in Cali, Colombia, spent his formative years in Cali. He received his initial education at the Military Academy Jose Maria Cabal, where he was recognized for his military discipline in ROTC. At the tender age of 6, he began studying music at the Beethoven Conservatory in Cali. By the age of 11, he relocated to Rockford, Illinois, where he completed his middle school education. He later moved to Florida and graduated from Miami Senior High, Miami, earning a distinction in Anatomy and Physiology and General Sciences. | |
| Although Serna’s political ideologies align with the principles of the Republican Party, he has chosen to abstain from the electoral process. Serna is a self-taught scholar in medicine, science, and physics, Serna has embarked on a journey of exploration into a myriad of intriguing fields. He has expanded his knowledge and expertise through independent study and experimental human and physical approaches, delving into subjects that transcend the boundaries of conventional wisdom. | |
| Serna’s research interests include the collapse of the Twin Towers in New York, the Apollo 11 Moon Landing, the Big Bang Theory, and the Theory of Human Evolution, among others. One of his notable investigations is into the unexplained global collapse of the Twin Towers on September 11, 2001 that puzzled experts in the field including NIST. | |
| In his theory of “high-pitched vibration also referred as 'flutter'”, Serna proposes that the collapse of the Twin Towers did adhere to the laws of physics in an unprecedented manner and not as experts were initially viewing it. | |
| Experts lacked understanding about how a small section of the upper part of the tower could possibly have caused the global destruction of all the lower sections, seemingly violating the Newton’s Third Law of Motion. | |
| Serna proposed that the secret to deciphering this phenomenon is rooted in understanding Newton’s laws of motion and the principle of momentum conservation along with the Newton's Action-Reaction Law across varying temperature conditions where, the extreme heat of the top section resulted in the formation of a High-Entropy Elinvar Alloy, causing enough kinetic energy to instantly destroy the lower sections beneath it. This aligns with Newton’s Third Law of Motion, which asserts that every action prompts an equal and opposite reaction. In this particular case, the elevated temperature at the point of impact caused the 80 thousand tons of this new alloy to impact the lower structures acting as a hammer, immediately destroying only the bottom sections; but not the top; or, the top was destroyed at a much slower rate of destruction, resulting in the pulverization of the lower sections including the upper section. | |
