:::::::::::The correct move would be expansion of the section of this article first. I think even if this event is a dud, we've had a few reports of tornadoes on the ground, including the Barnsdall one, which looks quite bad from the stormchaser imagery so far. A lot that can be said about the overall environment for storms. As is always the case, we should let the length of the parent section dictate of an article is spun off.
