The '''State Seal of Mongolia''' ({{Lang-mn|Монгол Улсын төрийн тамга}}, ''Mongol Ulsyn töriin [[Tamga|tamga]]'') is one of the [[National symbols of Mongolia]] and is used as the official seal of state. ==Description==
The state seal having a lion-shaped handle, shall be of a square form with the state Emblem in the center and the words "Mongol Uls" (Mongolia) inscribed on its both sides.<ref name="Constitution of Mongolia" /> The seal shall be made by hand in pure [[silver]], measures 10.0 x 10.0 x 2.0 cm and height of the lion-shaped handle should be 8.0 cm. On the four corners of the seal, there is a "''tümen nasan''" symbol of strength and eternity, and the inscription "State of Mongolia" is written in folded [[Mongolian script]]. The seal is stored in a [[Sandalwood|sandalwood]] box decorated with silver ornaments with national motifs and lined with soft silk fabric.<ref name="Law of state symbols of Mongolia" />
